Fil-British cager Eric Ramos Hall: The ‘hard-court heartthrob’ of Mindoro

The Philippines is a country known for world-class sports figures like boxing icon Manny Pacquiao, kegler Paeng Nepomuceno, runner Lydia De Vega, the magician Efren “Bata” Reyes, to name a few. These athletes are products of hard work and training that they developed when they were still young. Such is the case of this upcoming basketball star from Oriental Mindoro, Filipino-British cager Eric Ramos Hall.

Born Eric Ramos Hall on September 10, 2003 in Guiguinto, Bulacan to Mr. Mark A. Hall and Ms. Rosemarie R. Hall, the 5-foot-11 cager is currently studying in LPU Batangas.

His career high in points for a basketball game is 46 during an intramurals in his school. Aside from playing basketball, Eric is also into swimming and taekwondo as his recreation. Eric’s idol in basketball is NBA star and Portland Trailblazer guard Damian Lillard. “I liked him because he is an unselfish player”, said Eric. His ambition in life is to be a successful PBA player in the near future.  With determination, perseverance and unceasing faith in God, the future for this young lad is definitely bright.
